Free travel 35 miles and in from Plainfield, Indiana. $50 for 35–45 mi, $75 for 45–55 mi, $100 for 55–65 mi, and 65+ mi quoted case by case — always disclosed at quote time. A 50% deposit is due at booking to hold your date; see the cancellation policy below for refund terms. Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments if you extend on-site — confirmed verbally and followed up in writing/invoice.

Cancellation & rental policies

A 50% deposit (half of the total booking price) is due at booking to hold your date.
If booked 14 or more days in advance, you have a 72-hour grace period from booking to cancel for a full refund of your deposit.
After any applicable grace period, 50% of the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Payment in full is due at least 72 hours prior to the event.
Within 72 hours of the event, 100% of the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Cancellation notice must be provided in writing. The date and time the cancellation notice is received will determine the applicable refund.
Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments if you extend on-site — confirmed verbally and followed up in writing/invoice.
Travel: free within 35 mi of Plainfield, IN; $50 (35–45 mi), $75 (45–55 mi), $100 (55–65 mi), 65+ mi quoted case by case.
