GOLFSIMS2U provides mobile golf simulator rental services, delivered and set up at a location specified by the customer within our service area (Hendricks County, Indiana and surrounding areas), for a scheduled rental period.

You must be at least 18 years old to book our Services or agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or your event's guests. If you are booking for an event involving minors, you are responsible for ensuring appropriate adult supervision.

• Joining our waitlist does not guarantee a reservation. It reserves your place to be notified when booking opens and to receive any applicable waitlist promotions.
• A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us (by email or text) after submitting a booking request and, where applicable, a deposit or payment.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion, including for reasons such as an unsuitable setup location, severe weather, or unavailability of equipment.

• Pricing is as quoted on the Site or in your booking confirmation at the time of booking.
• Travel fees apply based on distance from Plainfield, IN: free within 35 miles; $50 for 35–45 miles; $75 for 45–55 miles; $100 for 55–65 miles; and TBD (discussed directly) for distances beyond 65 miles. Full detail is available in our Rental Policy.
• Deposit: A 50% deposit of the total cost is due at booking to hold your date and rate. Refundability is governed by Section 5.
• Payment in full: The remaining balance is due at least 72 hours prior to the event.
• Late payment: If payment is not received by the applicable due date, GOLFSIMS2U reserves the right to cancel the booking. The deposit will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation due to late payment.
• Overtime: Extensions requested on-site are billed in 30-minute increments, confirmed verbally with staff at the event and followed up in writing/invoice.
• Staffing: On-site staffing is always included in your quoted rate and is never itemized or billed separately.
• Promotional offers (such as a free hour for waitlist members) apply only as described at the time they are offered and may have restrictions on eligible dates, times, or package sizes.
• Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect a booking already confirmed.

• A 50% deposit (half of the total booking price) is due at booking to hold your date and rate.
• If your booking is made 14 or more days in advance of your event, you receive a 72-hour grace period from the time of booking to cancel for a full refund of your deposit.
• After any applicable grace period, 50% of the deposit becomes non-refundable.
• Payment in full is due at least 72 hours prior to the event.
• Within 72 hours of the event, 100% of the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Cancellation notice must be provided in writing. The date and time the cancellation notice is received will determine the applicable refund.

• For outdoor rentals, weather contingency options (reschedule, indoor pivot, or refund) are defined in your booking agreement before booking is confirmed, and will be applied in the event weather affects your scheduled setup.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, road conditions, equipment failure, or safety concerns. In such cases, we will work with you according to the weather contingency and cancellation terms in your booking agreement.
• Full details on cancellations, rescheduling, weather contingencies, and no-shows are set out in our Rental Policy.

To provide our Services, the customer is responsible for ensuring:

• Adequate space for the mobile simulator setup, as communicated to the customer prior to the event (including ceiling height, floor space, and clearance)
• A stable, level surface (indoor or suitably covered outdoor area, weather permitting)
• Access to a standard electrical outlet within reasonable distance of the setup area
• Reasonable access to the setup location for delivery and pickup of equipment

If the location is not suitable for setup at the time of arrival, GOLFSIMS2U reserves the right to decline setup, and cancellation terms outlined in Section 5 may apply.

• All users of the simulator equipment must follow the safety instructions provided by GOLFSIMS2U staff at setup.
• Only golf clubs and equipment provided or approved by GOLFSIMS2U may be used with the simulator, unless otherwise agreed.
• Alcohol, food, and beverages should be kept a safe distance from the simulator equipment. Customers will be held responsible for damage caused by spills or misuse.
• GOLFSIMS2U reserves the right to end a rental session early, without refund, if equipment is used unsafely or in violation of these Terms.

The customer agrees to exercise reasonable care with all rented equipment. The customer may be held financially responsible for damage to the simulator equipment resulting from misuse, negligence, or violation of these Terms, beyond normal wear and tear.

Golf and simulator activities involve inherent risks, including the risk of injury from swinging golf clubs or moving equipment. By booking our Services, the customer and event guests voluntarily assume these risks.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GOLFSIMS2U and its owners, employees, and representatives are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for personal injury or property damage arising from the use of the simulator equipment, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of GOLFSIMS2U and may not be used without our written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services will be resolved in the courts of Hendricks County, Indiana.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Site or Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
